1. Agreement to these Terms

By downloading, accessing or using IN-BETWEEN, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What IN-BETWEEN provides

IN-BETWEEN is a travel planning and travel companion application designed to help organize the flexible time around a user's fixed travel plans. Features may include itinerary planning, Travel Autopilot, RIGHT NOW recommendations, Smart Replanning, Travel DNA, Couple Mode, nearby discovery, weather-aware context and other travel assistance.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing recommendations before acting on them. You should independently confirm information that could materially affect your travel, including flight times, reservations, venue opening hours, transport availability, weather, safety conditions, entry requirements and other time-sensitive details.

4. Permissions and third-party information

Certain features may use information from your device or third-party services when you enable them, such as Location, Calendar, weather, maps or destination information. Availability, accuracy and completeness of third-party information are outside IN-BETWEEN's full control and may change without notice.

5. IN-BETWEEN Premium

Some features may require an IN-BETWEEN Premium subscription. Premium may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store.

• Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by storefront, taxes and currency.
• Payment is charged through the user's Apple Account according to Apple's purchase process.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription settings and applicable rules.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account settings.
• Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases functionality provided in the app.

Apple's applicable terms, billing policies and refund procedures also apply to App Store transactions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse IN-BETWEEN, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, use the app to violate applicable laws, or use automated means to abuse or overload the service.

7. Intellectual property

IN-BETWEEN, its branding, interface, original content, design elements and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Availability and changes

Features may evolve, be added, removed, improved or temporarily unavailable. We may update the app to improve reliability, security, functionality, compatibility or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Travel decisions and safety

Recommendations are provided for convenience and planning support. IN-BETWEEN is not a travel agency, emergency service, transport operator, medical service or government authority. You are responsible for your travel decisions and for following official guidance, local laws, carrier rules and safety instructions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN-BETWEEN and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, reliance on recommendations, third-party information, travel disruption or services supplied by third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your use of IN-BETWEEN is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed in connection with the app.

12. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the app, other users, legal compliance or service integrity, including cases of misuse or material breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves or legal and operational requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an applicable update means the revised Terms apply to your use from that point forward, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
